I have a freelance contract for a Architect with Interior Design Skills for the Finish Out Design of a Corporate Office for one of our clients.
The overall duties would be the following:
- Design the space and amenities provided by the client.
- Develop construction documents for development
- Floor plan specifications
- Presentation rendering of each space provided by the client (renderings should be hand color renderings)
- 3D Cad Design of the Space
Budget & Compensation
Budget for this contract is $ 4500 US; the total space is 43,084 square feet / 4002.635 meters of shell space. Period of development is 2 weeks. Designs must be stamped by the city office to be official. Payment upon approved and stamped.
