Excello is a competitive gaming (eSports) organisation that has its own team and does its own tournaments.
We are looking for a developer team of developers to make our new site which should have the same features as the current one (www.teamexcello.com) as well as an improved tournament system (with double elimination, group & league format), different admin levels, new tags and user points (awarded for activity).
The site would have a new design that is already done (in .psd).
The current site is done in PHP but the new one could be done in any language as long as the db (users) would work in it.

I have got a script from elite ladders and it is very, very bad but saying that it can be inproved. This may work out cheeper then building a new CMS. The script cost about $ 195.00.

- Site is already fully designed.
- Site needs to have added security to combat hacking attempts.
- Site needs to implement the already coded "CMS" backend to existing template.

Overall, there are quite a few items we'd like to change with the script, versus having someone write an entirely new one from scratch.
We're low budget, but reasonable. If we can only get some of these features for a decent price that'd be fine :)
