VALIDATE MY WEBSITE (W3C) AND MAKE IT BROWSER COMPATIBLE 2

I have a website currently with errors and non validated according to W3C i would like someone to just correct the codes, W3C suggests a validated code and it works perfect but i saw it was working correct on IE.
So please when you are bidding make sure you understand what i am talking about, the site is completed and doesnt need anything else but validation, you are going to need to add the W3C code at the bottom of the page so i can confirm its validated.
I have IE, Mozila and Safari to check the site. Its an easy job for an expert!

However, I am having some problems using the script. Like I try to login to the Admin, and the username and password do not work, for login. I also noticed that when you click the link to register, the page comes up without any form.
This could be due to not being able to login to the admin... I dont know? So I am looking for someone that can check the site over and fix it, and make it work awesome.

compatible. Browsers like ie6,7,8, ff3 and 3+, opera, safari, netscape etc. I would like to have screen shot of each browser at the end when you say it is fixed to prove, it is fixed. The changes should only be applied in css as the development is in progress and hence cannot put in time by going to scratch. Coded design/url will be shown to people who will interest me.

te search site that Is still in development but close to being complete. It is based on asp.net language. Several pages have been css styled already but need to be made cross browser compatible and there are 5 pages that need to be totally styled based on images that I have created.
