**Our target is to make our application more attractive and user friendly, so all suggestions are welcome.

Fixing two small bugs in Javascript (scroll and Lightbox)
cely together - IE8 flags up an error message and the first script seems to be preventing the Lightbox from working. In addition, the first script produces a small bug in Firefox in that any links down the bottom part of the page (where the footer button is) aren't click-able until they're scrolled up above the level of the button.
