PHP and MySQL Website Bug Finding  

I need a php and mysql programmer to fix my current website to my standards and design. Must be experienced with PHP and MySQL website scripts.

The personal has to be profficient in PHP and MYSQL data base. I need someone to do a PHP script to integrate my website with Alertpay (payment processing system). I need it done fast. he results page is around 6.

I know that the most complex code is the one to show no more than 10 results in the results page, so I am removing this part of the project so bids go down.

The database is already created, the html/php files are already created, and all the graphics are created. All I need is the php code.

I need to make this clarification because the bids are way too high.

egistrants agree with the rules of the site and email group that is part of it. Administrator should be able to view at a glance all the members details from a administrative page, and approve acceptance of applicants, before give access to site. So there will be member only pages and administrative pages. Also, those that register would be pending until it's OK it at administration side. Feed back form page and FAQ's and expandability to website.
