DotNetNuke Module | Document template
Required skills: .NET, AJAX, ASP, DotNetNuke, SQL
I require a module (compatible with 4.x and 5.x) that through a document template will enable a user to enter data into various fields.
These will be headings, dates, blocks of text, lists, drop down boxes (where the user can choose multiple options and can control the content of the drop downs), tables, audio and video that will all then be saved in a database. It should be possible to save the combination chosen by the user as a template. The user will control the title of the information and the type of data field. Once saved this will appear in a list of stored documents and listed by defined fields such as date, author, case number and title.
The output will be PDF (should be able to set password protection). The user will select from the above fields what is required. The user will also be able to control the header and footer information. Should be able to select date, author, page number, company logo (from an image), confidential or public or a number of user defined fields. It should also possible to merge data from the above fields to stored text i.e. a mail merge - can have text and have place holders for the field information.
Require granular permissions for adding, viewing, deleting and editing of the data. It will need controlled individually i.e. some users will be able to add a document but not edit it and some might only be able to view the documents or only some fields and may or may not be able to export to PDF.
Licensing will be required to allow a trial version (limited number of entries), time expired version, subscription version attached to a domain and unlimited version.

Word '07 TOC Style / Document Template Creation
ased-on my requirements and a Document Template based-on my requirements. For someone well-educated on modifying templates, this shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes. The style will not be complicated and is relatively easy, I need a specific numbering and spacing style for the Table of Contents and for the Document itself. You must be extremely capable at numbering formatting as well. The document template will be compatible with Word 2007.

Google Maps API Integration with Mysql DB in DotNetNuke module
Database already, and are able to populate the data into a KMZ or KML file, which is attached. We now require an interactive mapping application for our site which updates automatically as data is updated to the DB.
This module will be the first of 5 modules of this nature that we require, and would like to see the inclusion of the routing engine used in Google Maps, as well as replay on a fly to location basis, with full interactive control/
