Integration of PSD template to Wordpress site

Hi,
We are working on a template for a simple site around 20 pages with 1 flash banner in front page.
We will provide the look to be in PSD and your team to slice and use Wordpress as the CMS. The site will be hosted locally so you will need to assist with installation of WP on their servers.
Leave space for a Flash Banner - thinking of 3-5 slides. If possible, the flash banner to be loading images via XML so that they can easily update the slides in jpg or from WP backend.
Please quote cost and time needed once we provide the PSDS.
Also provide sample WP sites.

ut the newspaper thing though, I will provide the gradient but should it be necessary to do it later we can simply make a change & Sample size of photographs I would prefer to be able to post :)but in single column style like the sample site provided.
