I have a number of tasks that require some excel programming to be written for my business. We use a lot of spreadsheets and there are about 4-5 things we would like to be automated.

I have a preference for people in our timezone (London) as there will most likely be a need for communication to ensure the projects are done properly.

I need an excel formula or macro that will highlight pre-defined keywords or cells in a workbook. These are already sorted out I just need to make sure I can see where the boarders are.

I have several documents that need to be cross-referenced and have duplicates removed from lists to have a final clean list.

sh some very simple C programming. Some basic string tokenizer functions, simple sort and recursive functions for C program are required. It is a urgent project, need to be finished within 36 hours.

I have uploaded some sample for reference. The actual project consists few more questions. The maximum paid for this project is $ 55, much appreciate if you could finish the project earlier, and we are looking for the long term project relationship.

I've also attached the data in XML format just in case you would rather work with XML format as long as it can be converted to Excel with the same format as the Excel data file.

I'm open to suggestions if there is any other ways to do it besides using Excel macro / vba but like I said above that the final result has to be in Excel format.

3) Write an ouput file in the format as below:-

RECORD 1 COLUMN1 is xxxxx,
RECORD 1 COLUMN2 is xxxxx,
RECORD 1 COLUMN3 is xxxxx

RECORD 2 COLUMN1 is xxxxx,
RECORD 2 COLUMN2 is xxxxx,
RECORD 2 COLUMN3 is xxxxx

etc...

Its's a pretty straightforward task, so I need the project completed within 1 day.

t). What I'm looking for is a function for the cells in a column (Column A) that, for each row, will compare the value in Column B for that row with all the values in the same column for the rows above as well as all the rows in that column (Column B) in two other worksheets.

If a match is found, the corresponding value in Column A of that row will then be returned. If no match is found, the text 'NO MATCH' will be returned.
