how the base image is mostly graphics at the top and bottom and and white inbetween that would be a background image for my fan page building software, all the text and other graphics in between are additional section graphics I can place on top of the back ground, section by section.

Your design has to incorporate several section images that I will let you know what they are for, the background image, the vertical banner image, and video skin images, plus the brand design.
