Modify media management php script to include sub-categories

I have purchased a media management php script that consists of 3 parts (audio, video, photo) but it doesn't have an important feature which is sub-categories.

I need to be able to to make several categories and under each category. I want to include sub-category which is (artist) and under the artist I include (album) and under the album I add (songs).

So I need to update the backend which will let me add the files into their categories, artists, album.
Also, in the front end, the visitors can select the category, artist,album and songs to listen to the songs
The categories along with sub-categories should be fully searchable in the control panel and in the main site and the language should be unicoded that has the ability to recognize other languages.
The script has a plugin that let you import any videos from youtube, google, etc. So as part of the above job, we need the plugin to be linked with the categories so if somebody wants to add videos from youtube and others he can select the proper category and submit the video link to be grabbed to it.
At the end, the programmer need to make sure that any related sections in the script need to be linked with the above required modifications.

e script has 1300 lines and what it does is:
Get some xml and display the info.
Allow the visitor to add search parameters
Allow the visitor to view details
Allow the visitor to send a contact form from the details page
No backend needed
Also, some CSS fixing is needed to show the component properly in Joomla.

PHP script to dynamically add PDF tempate to multipage PDF
The script currently pulls static PDFs from directories that are named for each distributor. But this requires me to maintain separate PDF libraries for each distributor.
I want to keep one library of PDFs with blank footers and use this PHP script to insert the selected distributor's contact info. For the sake of graphic integrity, the distributor information will be kept in separate PDFs, not HTML, JPG, or plain text.
