Extract text and pictures from PDFs into jpgs + spreadsheet

I am looking for someone who can follow directions precisely, understands english, and is responsible and good with communication.
I need to extract content from a PDF print catalog into a format usable for online. This will involve two main parts:
1. Extracting text such as features, specs, product name, product code etc into a spreadsheet.
2. Extracting images from the PDF and turning them into individual jpgs. Because of the way the images are layed out, this will require some minor photo editing (just cropping and erasing).
The results must be formatted exactly as I specify. For the text, please follow the format shown in the sample spreadsheet.
For the images, you must name according to <product code>_Main.jpg for the main image, and <product code>_01.jpg, <product code>_02.jpg, etc. for the rest.
The prices are obtained from another website, url in the spreadsheet.
To bid on this project, please complete the work for one sample page (url in the spreadsheet) and send it in zip format.
There are 60 pages to be completed in total for this project, and 2-3 more projects after this for work well done. The project must be completed within 10 days, with progress updates every 2 days.
