A short story book reviewer / rewriter needed

Hi I have written a book of around 200 pages, I want it to be reviewed. Timeline for this project is 1 week. I had posted the project before but the bid winner didnt respond back after working for a while. So plz apply only if you have sufficient time to work. The rate is fixed as mentioned. I have attched a sample para. Plz review it. Bids without sample review will not be considered.
1. This project is only for Native Speakers or some one who is proficient in English language, grammar, punctuation, sentence formation, flow of text etc
2. I am NOT looking for subject matter expert in any field. A person having excellent command over English and have read a lot of story books, novels, can do the job with ease.
3. Students, house wives, new writers or some person who has time to spend and committed to make a flaw less document needs to apply
4. I am NOT looking for changes to few words in each paragraph. I am looking for some one who can read and understand the context and make changes to the original document in such a manner that that will interest readers
7. I will personally read the reviewed document. Payment will NOT be made if I am not satisfied with your work.
8. You have to agree to review a sample page for my satisfaction before I start the contract.
9. I would make payment at regular interval after you finish reviewing a part of the document.
10. Payment rate is $ 1 per 500 words of the original document(FIXED)

I have a short story for children which I would like to self publish as an illustrated book. I am looking for A4 sized images, approximately six, plus a cover. I am open to recommendations/suggestions as far as the style of image is concerned. Children Book Writer (Wheelchair Boy Adventure)

Write a short ebook
that can be a flag to knowing something is wrong? What are treatment options? These are just a few of the examples that I am looking for. We do not have a large budget for this project, and need this ASAP. Half of payment will be paid up front, and the other half will be paid at completion.
