Magento Cart

I have created a simple Magento Cart Website, I need the following:
1. Some Skinning work done using a couple of free themes we've have chosen.
2. I need products setup that will be both "download-able" as well as "shippable" from warehouse.
3. I need to sell CDs with "sampling" ability. the sampling should not take the user to another web-page. Item #2 above applies to the CDs.
4. We need PayPal "Standard" payment option setup and tested via "sandbox", then implemented for production. We have PayPal standard business account.
5. After PayPal payment is complete for a "download-able" item only, the item should be immediately available for download without manually creating an Invoice.
6. Bidder will be responsible for entering ~30 items from old website by visiting site and copy&paste. This will include 4 Cd albums and sample mp3s, several books with correspondence courses to accompany the book--may have to be setup as some sort of "grouped" item.
7. We will supply mock-up "Home" page and a CVS import file based on instructions from bidder.

9. I need this completed by 10/03/09.
10.I need 30 days support after project ends.

TrueShip communication w/ Magento Cart
it up and running on my PHP version 5.2.6, so it should be working properly now, however, I don't know why I can't seem to get TrueShip to connect to Magento.
My attempts return this error message:

Magento Cart Moved Now Error
Hi, just moved my magento cart to a new server and every page but the homepage get an Internal Server Error. Need this fixed right now. Please only bid if you can start this now.
Magento Cart Installation
I have attempted to do so and it stalls in the middle of dowloading the necessary files. I have run the test script from Magento to make sure the Cart will work on my site. I have setup a MySQL database with user name & password and have installed the sample data file from Magento.

Magento Cart Expert Needed
the theme, colors, fonts, graphics and products imported from my cart into a Magento Cart if possible. I want the same colors, fonts, slideshows and features. The Magento Cart seems to be a better solution than a custom cart. If possible, I would like the Magento Cart to look and operate exactly the same as the custom cart. I also will have more work available after this cart project is completed. I will supply access to both frontend and backend and access to the database.
