Need a 90 percent Clone (functional part of website) that i will provide in PM.(Real Estate Related)
The design part will be different and i will provide more info in the PM.(colors and layout)
OVERVIEW (THIS SITE IS ONLY FOR USA LEADS)
The Client signs up as a provider of service and is given a choice of receiving leads from a particular
parts of the country, based on choices of all or one CITY, STATE, ZIP CODES or ADDRESS RADIUS. These option are available in the client admin area and can be modified at any time. Each client will have its own personal page, where he will have option of adding information about the conpany, Google Map,
Youtube Videos, services provided and location served.
A LEAD arrives at the home page, does a possible search in 3 section of the site, then the client show up in a particular order (featured listing first, regular listing after featured), The order of the featured should be random, so every body gets a chance to be first (same for regular). The Lead clicks on the "free quote" button and is directed to the Capture Form. After Capture form the Admin part take over.
The Admin part should be in 3 parts
1. The lead distribution part.
2. The client part
3. The design and function part of the website.
The Lead Distribution part should have:(super admin)
-View, Add, Delete Client. (can add secondary locations.
-The ability to review leads manually or automatic distribution.
-View leads (start with "Today", Review leads, accept and distribute or delete and store in trash file.
-Search and sort capability, Resend, Activate and deactivate client.
-Refund section, accept refund, decline refund,(refunds add money to clients account automatically.
-Email Response, Auto Lead response, Message sent to client with every lead, Communication with clients
-News Letter section,Design a news letter using TinyMCE (can subscribe/unsubscribe in client section)
-Support Section, would like a Ticket System.
-Reports Section, need a decent report option
-Analytics Section, open for suggestion.
The Client Part
-View Leads, Download leads,(Html or Excel format)
-Ask for refund or credit for bad leads.
-Add more money to the account “this will link to a shopping cart” and sync with Transactions Reports.
(shopping cart will automatically charge account capability)
-Setup a budget, (option Weekly or Monthly)
-Capability to ask for support (this part should link to support ticket system)
-Modify company account information example: Company Name, address,
tel #, fax, contact name, contact email and email where Leads are sent.
-Modify location where company listing show up, this should link back to the
setup page, modifications that are possible include add/subtract zip codes,
add or subtract cities, add or subtract miles radius from location.
-Add more then one location (parent and kid system) with the same capacity as above^^
-Modify Credit Card information or Paypal Payment/subscription information.
-Transactions Reports- This part should show all transactions, like credit card charges and
lead refunds or credits.

-Capability to Set up or modify an auto responder
-Capability to Set up or modify “Company Overview” in the personal page (TinyMCE)
-Capability to Set up Youtube
-Capability to Upload Banner Logo for “personal page”
-Capability to Upload logo for the “listing page”
Note: Sign up process and ADMIN Area for Clients should look professional
and match the website.
