proxy server help -- U86  

i need someone who can setup reverse proxy server for me. my datacenter gets sometimes DMCA email for links on my sites. i dont want the DMCA contact my datacenter, but me. so i think with setup reverse proxy server they will only see my contact info?

can you install this on same server as my websites? do i need to buy a server or what? is it using much cpu? memmory?

In Firefox I will set the PAC file to reload every minute, and every time it reloads I want my proxy server to change. I have a list of proxy servers I want to use, and I can put them in a text file or manually edit the script, whatever is easiest. Every time the PAC file reloads it must rotate through a list of proxy servers, once it gets to the end it can restart at the beginning.

I have a windows VPS with 5 IPs. I need to have a proxy server setup on it so I can switch between the IPs using FoxyProxy or something similar.

I can already login to my main IP via Remote Desktop Connection and I have installed Firefox and I can use it. Just want to be able to switch to my other IPs quickly so that whatever IP is selected shows up as my IP when I browse to other sites.

If you have a crappy program, or method for grabbing random IP's in the 100's don't waste my time or your's bidding on this project. I NEED TO HAVE 1000's of quality IP's or a MAC address or whatever that is that will allow me to work without limitations.

On seeing a credit card transaction in port 444, the proxy server must use the client certificate to send the transactions to the payment gateway API.
