Hi, I am using Dreamweaver 8 and I have a code to allow users to upload a photo, then the code creates a thumbnail version of the photo and upload it to the server and store it in the database. Three problems with the code:
1)The code does not work when the user is using Internet Explorer. It does not create the thumbnail.
2)The code uploads an extra dummy image to the database...so if you upload two images, it shows the two thumbnails and another but there is not image in the box.
3)The code cuts the images in place that I don't want it to cut. For example, the person's head may be cut from the thumbnail version.
So basically, I need someone to revise my code and correct the problems above. I would also like to know if it's possible to create more than one thumbnail image from a photo with different dimensions.
I am new to this and my budget is very small but as I expand, larger projects may be available.
