I'm finishing up the development of a phpfox site for a customer and although they like phpfox, it lacks some of the functionality they're seeking. So, I need to rebuild the site in another social network platform such as Dolphin, JomSocial, Social Engine, etc. The current site is in development and I will provide the link to those who bid on this project. The existing site and it's content, images and functionality will be utilized along with new functionality and content provided by the customer. I'm not interested in a Ning platform.

So members have to deposit money to admin account and in case of bad member's service they will be charged.Some of that deposit is website fee, and will be never returned. Admin (website) is like arbiter between members, where one member is offering service and another is seeking it.
