Joomla glitches plus new functionality, Wordpress design.

Needed an experienced Joomla and Wordpress/">Wordpress developer with strong PHP and graphics design experience
This is a project to clean the mess of a previous project, plus new functionality
Everything is working as it should BUT with exceptions of at least 15 minor problems. You must have experience so you do not destroy the work already completed.
Areas that are not working correctly
- Sub-Menu not being displayed
- Login - create account, forgot password, forgot user page not displayed correctly
- SEO friendly url's are not displaying correctly when links are within an article (probably needs a plug-in to manage that)
- Re-create - the 2 forms of the website with e-mail capabilities, plus displaying the results if the user has the authorization to view the results.
- Other pages (within menus) not displaying correctly, (similar to the login problem above)
- Forum Agora not working correctly (Topic Tools not working)
New Functionality
- Re-do the top menu to incorporate a new item (Blog)
- Re-design the Blog (Wordpress/">Wordpress). Will have RSS, Facebook, twitter.
- Re-create the banner in flash with original design. These are 5 different banners working in sequence, one after another.
- Create the .ICO for Website identification
- Create a new menu for authorized users. The menu will contain http://www.zoho.com/ meeting in there, plus additional information

ONCE PROJECT HAS BEEN COMPLETED, WORK NEEDS TO BE EXPLAINED AS TO HOW IT IS WORKING. YOU WILL NOT BE WITH ME TOMORROW, SO I NEED TO KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE DONE, SO I CAN PROVIDE THE MAINTENANCE. THIS IS NOT A TRAINING CLASS, THIS IS ABOUT EXPLAINING HOW THE PROBLEMS WERE SOLVED AND HOW IT SHOULD WORK IF A MAINTENANCE IS NEEDED.

e be advise that i'm a programemer as well and know what's involved in this. This is a long term relationship that i'm looking for but unfortunatelly i don't have the time to get into this as much as i would like to.
