Simple Blackberry Prototype

I am looking for a small blackberry prototype application. This is in preparation for a larger fully functional application that I'll eventually post as a separate project.
I would like to see any prior work samples before awarding the bid. So, please fee free to send URLs or files from your previous work.
The application that I need will just be a simple form with about 5-10 fields. The user must be able to fill data and then send that as SMS or Email. The data also needs to be saved on the phone but this is not an absolute requirement.
I can provide further information via PMB to interested parties.
Note that I'll need fully documented code.

Simple Blackberry Flashcards app
Who can make a simple Blackberry app that shows two flashcards.
The flashcard must flip when clicked and show the answer on the backside. When the user clicks a "next" button the next flashcard appears.
Need Some Simple Blackberry Apps

The app is already made all you will have to do is change out a text database. The only work you will have to do is adding ads into the apps. I have the application and I can give it to you. I am in need of a very simple app for blackberry which opens a website on app web view, All it should do is once clicked on an image should load for say about 3 seconds and the website which is mobile optimised will be displayed. May keep winning bidder for long term work.

Simple Blackberry App Needed
d also a free version of the app that has admob installed in it. That is pretty much it. All you have to do is make it choose a different text sentence on random when you open it, or have it switch to a new sentence and background image everyday at midnight. Either option will work. I do not have a big budget for this app, so bid with as low as you can go. I would be ready to get started immediately. App must be usable by EVERY blackberry phone. No exceptions.

Simple Blackberry App Project
se() call so nothing more elaborate is needed. The problem I am having is getting the GridFieldManager class working for the grid layout. The menu grid needs to use the screen width automatically so that if the user loads on a Storm and flips screen it will work in both portrait and landscape mode. The app will also need to have a background image as wallpaper. Source code will be required and free of copyright since I am providing some of the code.

Blackberry Shoutcast Player
en go straight to a simple page with two logos on it, and a play and stop and exit button. If the play button is pushed, it should connect to the stream. When stop is pressed, it should stop the stream and stop using data connection. If exit is pushed, it must exit the application.
This is VERY simple for somebody who knows what they are doing.
