WHAT I NEED OR REQUIRE:
I need a business adviser/strategist or/and business development expert to:
1. determine and define the scope of my project (in terms of all the needed skills, personnel, costs, website, virtual office, print-on-demand service, tools, resources and necessary time lines) necessary to complete the project, and to achieve the below stated goal, in a step by step format.
2. develop a concise business plan to achieve the below stated goal.
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Toxic asset is a major albatross to most banks in the United states and other countries of the world. Out of the 69 banks that have collapsed in the united states since the begining of this year, a number of the collapses were precipitated by the challenge of toxic assets. I have a veritable solution to this problem of toxic assets of banks. I have documented my solution in a written form as manual. I intend to have this manual sold to different banks in the United states.
By virtue of its relative value and worth to the target audience, it is going to be priced as a high ticket item.
My goal is to have a business set up online to sell this manual to a minimum of 1000 banks worldwide in 30 days, without being directly involved in the sales process. In other words, it will be promoted to, sold to, produced, packaged and delivered to my clients, and money will be deposited in my bank account, without my direct involvement in the whole process.
OTHER CONTEXT/REQUIREMENTS THAT PROVIDERS WILL NEED TO KNOW:
Please ensure that your quote is VERY DETAILED that includes, but not limited to, your communication style, turnaround time, reports to be included. Please specify the expected turn-around time. I expect delivery of my plan in 7 days or less. I would also like you to restate what you think I require in this project in your own words (not mine) to confirm to me that you truly understand what I want to be accomplished in this project.
SIMPLICITY OF THE PLAN I NEED:
I am not interested in some voluminous plan that look fanciful but meaningless. I want a plan that would help me sell my solution manual to banks in the United states and other countries in the world without being involved in the sales process. I want some one who has the relevant experience to give me a simple plan that could be followed to enable me have a business set up, that would both attract and motivate banks and other financial institutions to buy my toxic asset solution manual.
LONG TERM BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP:
If you are awarded this project and I am impressed with your work, you will become my business consultant/strategist on every other business project that I have lined up for as long as my businesses exist. Additionally, you could be required to help outsource some of the functions to other professionals in the process of execution of your plans or/and even act as project manager to some or all of the projects, if you are so disposed.
This could be the beginning of a long term working relationship on every other project I have, so, I look forward to hearing from you ASAP.
