Required skills: Cloud Computing/EC2, CMS, Django, Google App Engine, Windows
I would like a web-based system to manage a library of hundreds of PDFs. Ease of use and searchability of data is key: it doesn't have to look pretty but it should be able to help me find and sort out the documents I have. The code should also be well-designed and easily extensible.
The system could store data in a cloud like Amazon S3 with a Windows desktop app as a front-end, or run Django on a cheap hosting site like WebFaction, or use Google Web Toolkit with Google App Engine. These are the options I am considering. In your response please discuss with me the pros and cons of your intended approach relative to the others.

- Something like the web notes site that uses Flash to display PDFs would be good too.

Need to combine 1 PDF document with 4 Excel spreadsheets into a single workbook and also search www.perfume-worldwide.com and www.frangrancenet.com for pricing and photos, then add to workbook. Also need to add photos from website to the final combined excel workbook.
Transcribing a PDF document to Excel

There will be approximately 12,000 rows to transcribe.
There is also handwritten notes in the margin of most sheets and highlighting, however these do not need to be transcribed.
Attached is an example of one of the sheets with the personal data blacked out.

Format a pdf document into MS Word

Convert Online Signup Form to Paper PDF Document

r there have been several sticking points, especially with some merge fields, formatting and email reliability, and although the infrastructure is in place and may only require some modification, bidders should be prepared to start from scratch if necessary. More info on the clarification board....

Very simply easy project. I have designed a CV in Photoshop. I need this converted into a PDF document so that it looks good, but the file size isn't huge. When i save the PSD its like 10mb, which isn't good to send via email.

Manipulate a two-page PDF document to make two new PDF's
. This should not be a time consuming task - I really need someone to complete within 24 hours of selection.
