Invoice Me

Invoice me is a simple program that will be used to create and track invoices. The application must work on a G1/backberry and IPhone..
However if you cant do both it must be g1. Those that can do both will be select higher.
The requirements are as follows
1. A user friendly / flashy / smart application that will All users to
- Create/ Edit / Amend / Track invoice
- Create invoice will allow users to create a simple invoice with details From / to /date /Invoice number /Invoice description and invoice number/items/ [items may have a charge which calculate to total. ] / mobile number/email address/
On create of invoice and automatic invoice number should be created allow the user/admin to track invoice.
Edit amend will be used to amend details / etc/ date of invoice should be auto generated/ but like all details can be amend.
2.User should be able to submit the invoice .
On submit of the invoice the application will either send a text to the invoice person with invoice details ie invoice number, date, description, amount, items to invoiced. or an email with a html file attached of invoice... If possible it should create a PDF format of the invoice with an image or logo of company with address details of person invoicing... so part of the design will be for invoice setup where the person can choose to setup auto invoicing details which will mean selecting an image from the phone and entering address and company details...very simple [company name,address,telephone] so it appears on invoice]
So as mentioned on submit of invoice the app will send either both sms and email to invoice person , this will depend on information provided in invoice. ie if mobile and email is present for person send for communications else send to the one that is entered.
3. Track invoice basically allows users to search for an invoice and indicate if has been paid... or amend it to say its been paid...

In general its a simple invoice application... User interface must be profession...
I hope the specification is clear....I need this app like yesterday so no time wasters.. I will expect you to do a basic mockup as well explain how you will do application. This will help me select the correct person. If you not willing to do a paper mock up... Then dont bid as i will erase your bid. I need professionals

7. If the product is prestine then we update the inventory and if its non prestine we leave inventory as it is.
Return Tab
In return tab we will be showing the grid where we will list invoice no. return ID, organization name, once they click we will show the other info like how many return and how many of them are prestine, what was the date of invoice and the date of return.
