-If you have a TEAM working on projects, DO NOT BID. I do not work with teams. I need 1 individual.
-If you cannot be available 12 hours a day online on yahoo IM, do not BID
-If you cannot give me DAILY update for the project, uploaded online so I can see it, DO NOT BID.
-If you have negative feedback, DO NOT BID, you will not be accepted.
-If you have no experience with Servers and free hosting, and panels, do not bid.
-If you are too strict on the price, and minor changes, Do not bid. I am looking for someone who is reasonable and can change stuff, fix stuff, modify stuff for me, for free, included in the original bid, until the project is over. Then i can pay for modification after the project is done.
-If you are not punctual, not on time, do not bid.
-You must be a GOLD member, and registered since months.
As you may notice, I have put many rules, which is due to the fact that I have bad experiences with people bidding on my projects, getting it accepted, and then disappear, or scam, or not do the work, and I get going into all kind of disputes to get my funds back. If you do not comply with those rules IN FULL, do not bid and waste your and my time.

I need a PANEL (there are existing panels that can be used for the users), Admin panel FULLY LOADED AND CUSTOMIZED so all the website can be controlled from admin, server integration etc.. You must have experience in this kind of coding, so you can add all the features needed, I will not be mentioning them all. I will just mention what is missing after the work is in progress.
I need high quality coding, and high quality work, with a trusted PERSON, not TEAM. No teams accepted. it must be a one man show, one person working on the site, and discussing with me. No TEAM!.
