Create MS Access Form and Queries that Produce HTML Page

We are looking for a database programmer familiar with HTML who is able to create a form and associated queries that will process information in MSAccess tables to create HTML web pages. Each web page is for a technical definition and contains a header section, column section, body section, and footer section. Example definition web page is at http://www.wirelessdictionary.com/wireless_dictionary_UMTS_LTE_definition.html.
The goal of this project is for our employees without much HTML training to be able to use a form in Access to output an HTML page using data stored in various tables.
The form and queries should be compatible with MS Access 2003.
The project will be completed in three phases with milestone payments after each phase:
- Phase 1: HTML Page Generator – Generate HTML code from record in Web_Page table.
- Phase 2: Form Processing – Populate other fields in a form when an option in a drop down list is selected on Web_Page_Definition_Form
- Phase 3: Form Element Management – Forms that allow entry and management of web page elements
Tables:
- There are 7 tables that are the foundation of this project. You will need to use these, which are provided, to create the forms and queries. We have provided enough data in the tables to produce a replication of the sample definition web page (http://www.wirelessdictionary.com/wireless_dictionary_UMTS_LTE_definition).
- Specifications for these tables are in the attached file: alt_project_web_dictionary_A2.doc

Help With Ms Access Set Up
load my raw files in MS Access (2007) and create queries that will combine A and B.
I need to create 4 different queries and I currently have the formulas in Excel only.
So, the winner of this project will have to guide me how to set-up the database in Access 2007, write the queries and show me how to modify them when/where needed.

Create Ms Access Script To Read Text File
We will like to develop MS Access Script that will read text '|' delimiter file, into 2 different Access Table. If the first field on the line is H then it will be read to H table. And if the first field on the line is D then it will be read to D table and also populate the PO_Number to each sub sequence D table until it reaches another H.

16 fields (dates and text). I expect this will be extremely straightforward for someone with Access experience. I also need a few customized reports programmed – that will allow for reports to be generated from the entered data. Nothing too fancy…just need a spreadsheet report from the data entered into the fields. I will need this done by Dec 24th.

The export would also need to tabulate for files that do not have file extensions.
The sooner this can be done, the better!

Ms Access Report Help

In attached mdb results table contains mid marks of all subjects of students. I want to show these Nos in a style that subject name will become column heading or label and all the nos under his relevant heading.
The requirement is highlighted in the report with yellow color. It can be achieved by cross tab query, sub query or sub report & it is not more than 10-15 minutes assignment. I have developed everything only this minor part is remaining.

Simple Ms Access 2007 Job
already been done. I've created a list of input fields / tables which I need to have in addition to what comes with the Student Template. This is a straight forward job.
You should be able to program Access to automatically update the ages and class of a student based on the current year.
A full bullet point list of functions will be given.

Create Form Template
that require manually entering numbers and certain text-words. If this could be automated so that we simply entered the "numbers" or "words" or data into a MS Access database, and this automatically went into a pre-set templated form in MS Word - we would simply print the form after entering data into MS Access tables.
