PayPal shopping cart implementation in Joomla website

I have working Joomla web site built on newest Joomla and I would like to have PayPal shopping cart implemented in my web site..
PayPal shopping cart is the ONLY thing that I need so this project is only that.
On my web I would like to sell only 1 product.
While going through shopping cart procedure, buyers should have these options to choose:
a) Quantity: 1,2 or 3 DVDs
b) Type of shipping
Types of shipping:
United States 1DVD 2DVDs 3DVDs Delivery time
First Class 2.99 3.99 4.99 3 to 5 business days
Priority Mail 5.99 5.99 6.99 2 to 3 business days
Express Next Day 19.5 19.5 19.5 1 business day
Canada & Mexico
First Class Air 4.99 6.99 7.99 4 to 7 business days
All other countries
First Class Air 6.99 12 15 4 to 14 business days
These shipping figures are shipping and handling costs. Weight of single DVD is 0.22 lb.
Tax should be added to shipments that are shipped to my state, both for value of DVDs and for shipping costs. (for example: $ 10 for DVD + $ 2.99 for shipping = total $ 12.99, tax should be calculated on $ 12.99 if shipping address is in my state)
Tax is calculated according to shipping address, not billing address.
Shopping cart have to gather billing and shipping address of buyer, with his email address and then prepare total amount for PayPal where buyer can pay with his PayPal account or just with a credit card. I would like if buyers email addresses can be saved in database for later emailing of newsletters.
Please, let me know:
1. How much would cost me for you to implement that in my Joomla web site.
2. Do you have company in US to who I can pay or you doing that as a side cash only job.

Product Selection For Paypal Shopping Cart
rt. Where an item is available in a multitude of colors, the buyer can select a color by clicking on one of the radio buttons under the color pins below each product. The script should also pass the selected color to the description field in the PayPal shopping cart.
At present the script is working with limited success (due to such a configuration requiring MySQL to work properly). I need an experienced programmer who will be able to fix the issue on this page and 9 others.

A Couple Small Changes in Joomla Website
2) On home page below the banners mentioned above, you will see the words "popular items" and "grilling comments". I would like to remove "griling comments". And please tell me where in the back office you where able to do this at.

• Enter how many days before auto cancel is triggered….default is 7 days.
