I have an idea for a "niche" for a penny auction. I have the domain. I have the server. I have the advertising. The problem is that the last two scripts that I bought were garbage. I posted images of the web sites I was refering to. Like I said, I'd rather pay per hour (a good rate) to have real quality, a slick design. What I would like is first a few sketch then we decide which one we prefer and you complete the work. If you can do web design we might have another project for you right after...if the job is well done, obviously!

THis can be one you purchase off the shelf and incorporate, or it can be one that is written by yourselves.
