CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS) or BUSINESS PORTAL
The CMS should only have one admin panel with many functions to administer the plug-ins. The administrator can change the language and theme of the portal. The administrator can add or remove plugins. The plugins already developed will have the same features they already have.
All plug-ins need to be easy to install and remove. Most scripts are already developed or underdevelopment and they only need to be modified and converted into plu-ins.
The start of the directory or main frame will only have a default theme, create pages, language folder, and ready to install plug-ins in the plug-in folder. I will sell the plug-ins separate.

The appointment section of the CMS should have the same features as the appointment script that I currently have. Users have to register in order to manage their appointments and schedule appointment, just like the actual script I have.

The contact form script should have the same features as the actual contact form script that I have. It just needs to be converted into a plug-in.

The script should have the same features as the rsvp script already in my website.It just needs to be converted into a plug-in.
FAQ
You must develop a FAQ script similar to the one at http://rapidshare.com/faq.html where administrator can add, remove, and edit the questions and answers.
CUSTOMER DATABASE
The customer database script or plug-in needs to be develop. The database will have a list of customers for the company. The database will hold the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Address
City
State
Country
Telephone
Cell Phone
Fax
Email
Note (Admin can add notes or remarks). The customer database also need a search box in order to find customers by last name, first name, city, state, phone, email, or country.
COMPANY NEWS
The news section is where the company can post news and updates. This script needs to be developed. The new section should support HTML and plain text or WYSIWYG form.
INCOME AND EXPENSES
The script is already developed and been used at one of my website. It just need to be converted into a plugin.
CALENDAR OF EVENTS
This plug-in will shows the different events sponsor by the company. The event list can look like the one here http://bgbg.org/Default.aspx?pageId=60068 where participant can register for the vents if registration is required.
DISCUSSION FORUMS
This plug-in is a simple discussion board where information can be posted and discussed by several participants. A discussion board like the one here http://bgbg.org/Default.aspx?pageId=60070 or here http://kwib.org/Default.aspx?pageId=114556 Both websites are using Wild Apricot Member Management System which also permit them to create pages.
THEMES
The design of the portal can be changed by uploading new themes. The administrator can change the themes from the control panel. You must create a read me file that explains how to modify and how to create new themes.

This part of the script permits the administrator creating a new page easily. The page, of course, must have the same design of the theme or template installed.
LANGUAGE

e the exact same with the same layout. When a client makes an Edit to one of their pages, the CSS styles need to stay in tact and not change. Also, there is just 1 div that the client will need to be able to change on the websites pages (1 main content div) - I need this done by tomorrow at the latest.
