Hi,
I need someone to build a website for fashion jewellery boutique.
I'm a website manager by trade, so know what i want, and what to look for.
We have a design look and feel in mind (similar to www.louisvuitton.com, www.tiffany.com, www.ralphlauren.com), we have a few mock ups and need someone to bring it to life.
Simple HTML only, no flash.
Its a simple website - HOME, ABOUT US, PRODUCT PAGES, NEWS/EVENTS, CONTACT US.
The sections we want are in more detail below:

So given all this, you may have a CMS already and just need to update to our design, or what? - you tell us what you think is best to make this happen.
We need someone reliable, trustworthy and they can do the job properly with out messy coding or shortcuts.
We need it by the end of November and have a very tight budget.
