program to receive maintenance and inventory management

Dear All,
I have a shop Refill and maintenance( inks – toners ),maintenance of printers and Spare parts.
I want create a program to receive maintenance and inventory management.
Features:
Supports Printing/">printing on A6-A5-A4, Printing/">printing on dot matrix printers
Supports barcode Printing/">printing, print a label through the program by printers Zebra.
Supports the network.
Manage users.
The database and backup.

The program consists of two parts
-------------------------------------
Part I:
Be in the sales department from which to do the following:
Settings
Add/Edit/Remove customers
Add Category of ink-toner types and items under each Category
Add Category of Cartridge of inks-toner and items under each Category
Add Category of spare parts,Printers and items under each Category
Note : The possibility of linking groups together
Issuance of an invoice to receive maintenance and Return Invoice Maintenance
Purchase invoices and Return purchase invoices
Reports

Part II:
Be in the maintenance department and from which to do the following:
Determine the quantity dispensed to refill the ink and spare parts
The ability to print a poster warranty through the program by Zebra Printers

I will explain the way we work to clarify the issue
-------------------------------------
When Customer comes and wish to refill inks or toner,we are receiving the cartridge after test,then write invoice for Customer.
Then the technicians refill Cartridge, and recording the quantities that were paid for this Cartridge, and then print the label on the Cartridge to ensure, that contains information tell us when other Refill or when retrieving the Cartridge.

The problems that face us:

On receipt Cartirdge of inks and Toner or Printers we can not know what ink, toner ,spare parts are available or not.
On maintenance department
We don't know what is the Quantities disbursed to test Cartridge or damage
We want this program when selecting ink cartridges or printers, make sure ink and toner spare parts available or not. if spare parts or ink or toner unavailable is showing alert message.
As well as the quantities disbursed Is it for testing or damage or to Customer.

if The price was appropriate, has been added to this program, sales and procurement, to become an integrated program

To make it easier: When the agreement with the programmer I will send a PDF file which all the screens shown graphically and the work of each screen
