Merge several PHP files into 1

I have a content website generator. It pulls data from Yahoo Answers and Youtube into a php file.
There is a keyword.txt file which generates a menu of options according to the keywords.
Via a .htaccess it auto generates pages using a templete.html for each of those keywords.
So in essence filling in the keyword.txt, using 2 php files, .htacces and a templete.html you can create a site with content. (also uses a sitemap.php).
I need to replicate this many times, creating many many files. This is fine, but a pain to maintain or make changes.
Using a directory type script, a DB and placing the main index.php as a detailed page in the CMS, I can ALMOST create what Im looking for, but something breaks somewhere.
Its probably something simple PHP related, but I dont program, so here is the job.

The first page displays a list of bands name in the form of a link and the second displays a list of releases by the band, I want the user to click on the bands name and the releases get loaded on the same page. I have both php pages working and really just need a ajax script to bring it all together.

I have a number of XML files (several 100.000) with one data record each that I need merged into one (or whatever is the maximum manageable, but need to be minimum 50.000 records within the generated CSV) CSV. software to split word files into several sub-files
file for each numbered section: file for section 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 etc ....
If the programmer has a better suggestion for a different way to split the files, it will be welcomed.
The project should be preferably delivered in c#, using open source libraries if necessary or vba or any other tool appropriate for the job. The code should be commented and should come with a help manual.

ified ad script. what i need is to integrate a wysiwyg editor into the php files (3 files). So that the user who posts the ad is able to customize his or her ad. Of course the file that displays the ad must reflect this customization. The 3rd file to edit would be the one to edit the ads. this should be pretty simple and could be done in couple of minutes.

Php File Editing

1) Category List (First, secondary (bilingual))
2) Shops List (Order by distance, Premium, Silver Listing, Search, Event)
3) Shop Detail information.
And we will need to add several new fields to our MySQL for things like "Receiving Photo Upload URL"
Attached XLSX file shows details of the needs.
Knowledge of XOOPS would be a plus because our website is built with it, but is not a requirement.
