Hosting transfer of a Zencart site Plus some changes

I need to transfer our Zencart site from one hosting company to another. I have shaired hosting with old hosting company and I have a Vertual dedicated sever with the new hosting company. The new hosting also gives access through Plesk Control Panel.
In addition we need some changes done to the invoice page:
add small pictures to show next to every item,
Some more minor formatting changes.
This project must be done by August 3rd.
