T shirt E commerce Store with integrated T shirt Designer

We would like an e commerce web store with the ability to display a large selection of t shirts and canvas print designs. similar in feel to www.8ball.co.uk but obviously with its own design and look.
We want a very user friendly back office where we can upload designs quickly as well as changing prices, creating special offers etc.
We would like the ability to offer the customer a range of colours which will change the image when selected. eg select blue and image changes to blue shirt with image. select black and image changes to black shirt (image may change depending on colour of t shirt but we will sort all design images out).
We want
- top ten sellers
- search tool
- categories that we can maybe change and add to
- maybe a blog
- we would like a rating system for users to cast votes on each image
- Featured t shirt
We also want to integrate a custom design tool to offer customers the ability to print on products like sweatshirts, tees, hoodies etc.
-User can select from different product categories and colors of products, then add text (change lettering, font, size, add outline color, rotate, arch etc...), add their own graphics or choose from a image list.
-manipulate graphic size, text color and location) place designs on front, back, collars, and sleeves of garment.

Required system flow:
1. When User click on one of the products (TShirt, canvas), and website will bring the user t a button called 'design your own', if user click on the button, this tshirt design will be launched for user to design their own.
2. The designs will be saved into server as.JPG and emailed to us together with order details.
3. We already have a logo but would like this improved further.
4. We want the complete package here so need a shopping cart that will be integrated with worldpay and paypal.

Magento E-commerce Simple Store 2 Pages
I have 2 web page mockups in Adobe Illustrator format which I would like turned into a Magento E-Commerce store (latest stable release version).
