I am looking to buy a pre-made secure and light weight PHP/MySQL CMS to use on some of my pre-designed sites. The features required are:
• Highly Template Oriented – Template customization must be easy
• SEO Friendly URLs like www.mydomain.com/mycaterogy/mypage
• Meta Title and Description on each and every page
• Possibility to add external pages into the CMS
• WYSIWYG editor
An open-source customization is also fine. It can be something similar like ModxCMS but light weight and no credential links. Joomla, PostNuke, Magento, WordPress etc. are too heavy to me. Please get back to me only with demo link.

Simple SEO site template
travel site template in html. From this template we plan on building from 10 - 30 other sites with each having unique domain names and content.
