THIS JOB REQUIRES GRAPHIC DESIGN AND ECOMMERCE. PHP SHOPPING CART, LOGO DESIGN, LAYOUT DESIGN ARE NEEDED

There are two connected websites here which are partially complete. It is for a Party Events Promotion. One website/event, Detention Parties, is aimed at teenagers between 13 and 18 years old. the second website, Common Room Parties, is aimed at young adults aged between 18 and 21. These events take place at four venues across London primarily (North, South, East, West) with Occasional Central London Special Events. The company is a start up, and has not launched yet, but the website must be completed soon as I needs it to be launched and online for at least 4-12 weeks before the company launches its first party event date. We anticipate that we will be selling up to 2000 tickets per week with (20%-50% being online) in 3 months of our first event launch date.
First major task-

The most major task here is the completion of the shopping cart/order process. The process is going to be different for each website.
- For Detention, The order process involves a user simply logging in and us taking payment from the user for the price of the tickets (£10 - £100) we allow anybody to log on using any details. For the Detention site, we will only Sell online tickets to verified users. During the login process. Any Internet Merchant account that allows DOB verification, as the Payer must be verified as over 18.
Users MUST be LOGGED IN, AND ALSO HAVE THEIR ACCOUNT MANUALLY VERIFIED, to be able to buy tickets online. We are selling party tickets to teenagers under 18 and are very strong on providing security to our partygoers AND their parents by being able to verify all attendees. For this, we will obviously need to add a login feature to the website. The login process involves asking more questions than just name and address. We will need to know the school they attend AND the parent whose permission they have to be buying these tickets. We will only fulfil orders for tickets from user account who have a parent we have VERIFIED can be responsoble for the identification of all tickets they purchase. We call the parent and do house visits sometimes just to check. this means that an adult (PARENT/GUARDIAN) of the child must also have their details logged into the system, given the option to do this when the account is registered, or when the ticket purchase is to be made. Ideally I would like some kind of 3d Secure / DOB bank check / Full name Verification etc from the bank So we can be more sure of the identification of the payer/adult. We do not accept prepaid cards for these purchases.

It would be good to know an experts view on this matter.

The second of the important tasks is that I need a bit of Graphic work done.
First, I need a Logo for detention parties that is based on two uk schoolchildren one buy one girl head shot, up to tie top with undone top button, girl with pigtails, boy with gelled hair, Images need to be cartoon style drawing.
Second I need a favicon version of this
Third, I need a logo for common room parties. something based around either a colege logo or the words common room/Under 21/College
... but you can have creative licence to do something better if u like...
Fourth I need a favicon version of this
Fifth I would like an analysis of reasonable layout improvements
Last Major task

1 - For both - Analyse ecommerce requirement and make a quick decision regarding which merchant account I should go with. I may be able to get one from a high street bank or use yours Advise Merchant Account with payment provider. I will apply and open the account with the account provider. I think this needs to be done first to keep delays to a minimum. No paypal as A) they dont have 3d Secure and B) they can only authorise for £300 and for three days.
2 - For both - user logins for both sites
3 - For Detention - Manual user and Parent verification for accounts. A notification process for accounts that must be verified, and then a method by which a superuser/admin that I assign can mark the account as Verfied and make a record of which method they used for verifying the account.
4 - For both - Secure The Website, Network security, sql injection proofing, etc
5 - For both - Draw Logo
6 - For both - Draw Favicon
7 - For both - SEO (If Possible)
