one, customers should be notified by emails the download locations, etc. IMP: The download locations should be based on temporary URLs which should live for only 3 days of purchase. The original location of the file on FTP should never be exposed.

I assume this project required no programming, because CMS like Magento and Joomla provide all these features. I just need someone experienced to setup and organize all things for me.
