Create a lead capture form, and a backend email database
Required skills: C/C++, PHP, SQL, Website Design, XML
I have several landing pages that need a form which collects data and transfers it to a database where it will go out to the clients via plain text and/or XML type files.
The database should have a back end to it allowing us (the lead provider) to turn on or off which companies get sent leads based on the amount of money they have available in the system. When the time in which a company is paid has expired or the lead budget is no longer available, the system will notify us letting us its time to call the company for payment.
Some example sites of what I am looking to achieve is 123movers.com or vanlines.com. A full website does not need to be constructed right away because this will only be a PPC project. This only requires one form that I can place on mutiple sites, to capture leads into a database, count how many leads each company receives per day, and have to ability to turn on and off different companies email addresses in the back end.

Hi. I would like somebody to make me a lead capture form for Facebook.
It will contain some text and graphics (which I will provide) and then ask for up to 10 piece of information.
When they hit send, I want the data to go to my email.

Make Lead Capture Form Work In SugarCRM
I need someone to help me get a lead capture form working in SugarCRM. This is a brand new install and I am getting "Not A Valid Entry Point" errors. Should be a very quick fix and easy to get form working, I just don't have time to troubleshoot.

I have my replacement images.. the optin page will use feedblitz services. i have attached my logo and sample design image. I need the same exact font styles and look and feel.
My personal photo will be provided. ( its a png)I need a picture of success or items in the back ground of the main photo like the original website is showing ( see the guy). Please send your work samples.
I need this really quick. If done right, more work to follow. thanks

I have a lead capture page and a sales letter page. I would like to be able to use the name inputed on the lead capture page and have it inserted into various places on the sales letter page.

Help With Populating A Form From Mysql Through Ajax
. Passing the result array back to the fields in the form is not working. We are able to create records on the server but not able to edit or delete records in the database

Create C# Form To Work Exactly Like A Microsoft Access Form

if you open form back up it is blank and if you open the report - now it is there- (report is based on table2)
Basically I have a access form and two tables and one report-
I use form to hold data- untill I want to submit data-
When data is submitted it is sent to second table and first table is empty.
I am not sure this can be done- but i want a C# form (.net 2.0) work just like my access form - and still use access database for tables and reports
