Logo Design for self-defense firearm company

I need a new logo design for my new website. My current logo rough idea can be found of the right side of this header : http://cwlmiami.com//web-site-logo/header3a.jpg and will be available to project winner in a illustrator format. The center of the logo is based on this image : http://cwlmiami.com//web-site-logo/ace_of_spades.jpg .
Originally I was thinking about just having a designer fix the ace part of the logo from the original file but I am open to suggestions for a new logo.
Here are my ideas ...
I like the history of the Ace of Death Card and its protective capabilities. My company is called ACE advisory corp and we teach firearm self defense courses so the ace of death card is in line with my companies actions.
All bidders must abide by these rules .. I've already been burned on GAF once and have lost $ $ $ so these conditions are not negotiable.
1. Payment will be placed in escrow and released upon approval and acceptance of logo.
2. Rough sketch / idea must be provided by all bidders. Winner will be selected based on your design idea and sketch.
3. Logo must be on a transparent background and of one color -- black
4. Must be high quality and ready for print.
5. I need to be given the original Illustrator or Photoshop files so if in the future I need to make changes I can.
6. winner has 4 days to complete project.
