Photo Booth / Photo Sticker backgrounds/backdrops/borders

I am creating a custom photo booth or photo sticker machine. I need cool, cute, fun borders for this machine.
Each background/border should have two versions, one with a ratio of 4:3, one with a ratio of 3:2. The longer side of each item should be at least 480 pixels.
Each item should be saved in PNG format.
Each border image file will be transparent in the middle. Imagine that people's faces will be in the middle, thus the middle should be transparent.
Each border can have elements like cartoon animals, flowers, etc. It can also have words such as "Friends Forever," "I Love You," etc. I'll leave that, as well as color schemes, to your creativity.
I request 20 - 25 variations that match the above requirements.

photo booth Mac OSX 10.6 (Windows too?)
in to start the photo booth session.
It would be handy to have the client spin the dial and then press the button ONCE only (which would confirm the selection and begin the session with only a single press of the powermate).
This is for OSX 10.6

Ideally, the software would allow a graphic overlay on the image or a logo area. The image would also have tags or a link to the companies website.

Photo Booth Software required
reezing frames from a live video feed from a plugged webcam to a MAC convert them into photos and put them together in a specific layout previously determined then print a specific number of prints, the files produced by the software may or may not need to be uploaded to a specific facebook album. Graphics will be provided. Voila a Photo Booth app has born.
