What I need is a php based reverse auctions with a bit of a twist. The FOllowing are the options I require.
- direct invoicing from the admin side to the customer
- information pre-population from user accounts to the various ads that are posted
- the ability to email the seller to see the 5 lowest bids and choose the one they want
- ability to block certain bids from certain companies from bidding on certain projects
- customizable input fields of the specific information we need to make an auction listing
We are a automotive shipping site that is in the last stages of design, when our designer basically screwed us. We need it done in PHP and with an SQL database... preferably as a CMS plugin if possible. We also need it compatible with Blackberry/iPhone for bidding purposes.

ere needs to be an automated way for the person to receive these bids when he pays for them (if thats too complicated I guess we can do it manually perhaps for now) But, what is essential is tha tthe bids that people win need to be treated as DIFFERENT BIDS from purchased bids. There will need to be a seperate bid counter for these different types of bids. BECAUSE THESE BIDS DO NOW HAVE ANY VALUE WHEN IT COMES TO BUY IT NOW. They are quite simply just bids with 0 buy back value.
