Silverlight website with Streaming Training Videos

We are in development stages of creating new video based training products.
We require a designer/developer to help us create a new cbt interface within Silverlight or another suitable development program so that we can load our training videos into the online silverlight system/website. The silverlight system/website needs to have a secure login access system in place and the ability to have streaming access for clients who purchase the training products. We also need to have an adequate menu system for the training products, each product for example will have about 100 videos with 10 videos for each section.
We are looking something along the lines of the bbc iplayer http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/tv
We would also like the option if possible of using the system offline so that we can sell the training products on DVD.
The new interface needs to be slick, look good and easy use the menus to select the training videos. Please contact us if you are interested in this position.
