We are interested in getting a "spy phone" application written to work on mobile phones, iphones and blackberry devices. There are various companies out there providing the application to consumers and we want to also sell to consumers. We would want GPS tracking and text and phone logging. We do not need phone interception. The info could either be sent out to our central database or to the control phone.

I'm looking for a very simple app to be built that wil and can be used on all smart phones. The two main functions I need for this app are: a timer function that goes off at the same time everyday and I need a horn to display on the phone that can be blown into by the user and the horn sounds off.
