I have a website called santagrammail.com. Parents will go to this website and input their childs name and relevent information, once they click the submit button that data needs to be written to a database. After data is written to database, then they are taken to a pay page. After they pay, a pdf is generated based off of the data that was inputed. I also need the site SEO and marketed. I have a template up of what I want the site to look like, but would like you to "pretty it up".

Toggles the number of emails sent per second.
Checks if email is delivered and if not delivered after some deletes the email address.
The script should be set up on a server that can handle the traffic without sending mail to spam box.
The developer will be paid after developing the script and recommending and hosting the scrip on a mail service.

Php Mail Setup Via Plesk Control Panel
I have new site generating system emails. When testing on a shared environment the emails generated fine. We have migrated site to new host and on a VPS. Now system generated emails aren't working. I need someone who knows Plesk to go in and setup php mail and sort this issue out

Mail Is Jammed
w my mail is some how jammed up my site to where nothing is sending after trying to send 25K mails 2 days ago. All the mail has stopped completely on the site with over 50,000 active members! I think there are thousands of emails in the "mail queue" somewhere in the FTP, if so, I need them deleted. I think that the mail is blocking new mail from going out. I need someone to fix this today.

Do all the recommended configuration on both mail servers. Also for this server, we will use MX record to point to this server. My dns server is installed on other server.
Questions, Suggestions are welcome.

orking template that was used in icontact without any trouble but now I have moved on to mail chimp and my template needs merge tags so I can edit my newsletter.
I have 2 different newsletter templates that this needs done with.
Tech support told me it if very simple but really do no have time to insert the tags and test it.

I need an advise on how to send about 500 thousand email list (bulk mail) per month from a server without being considered as spam? Can any body advise on a server which tolerates mass mailing? Will you also be able to manage the mass mailing system?
