Questions on flash streaming costs using AWS, Wowza, CDN's

I have a simple problem to be solved, but I am getting confused with all the variables. I want to use a cloud service and or/ a cdn to stream videos like these:

Assuming the video is 100Mb in size, I need help to calculate my total costs to stream those videos assuming the video will be streamed 25 000 over the next 6 weeks . The format is flash
I need an expert in services like flash streaming, WOWZA media services, Amazon Web Services, S3, AC2, cloud front and Content Management Network (CDN).
Assuming the above scenario, how much will be my total cost?
I have other questions as well, but I think you got the idea.

meone to set up flash streaming solution on my server running Cent OS. I need TV like streaming solution. I need to be able to create a playlist with video files. This playlist would than play non stop 24 hours. When all the videos are played it starts from beginning and plays the whole list again.

This is a new attempt to finish a flash streaming application. It only need some minor coding and cleaning up in the functionality.
Most of the required function already work, so nothing over a week.
I have all the sources, the guy disappeared without even getting paid so all the budget gets reassigned just to finish this.

Flash Streaming - Live encoder with titling required
sh streaming with the ablity to add formattable titling whilst broadcasting - a static xml file will not do.
Look forward to your response - we have a tight time scale so a quicker response is more likely to get the work.
