Virtuemart Module Development

The site I'm developing needs a custom module. I'm currently in process of building a new site based off the clients old site and I need one feature they have there brought over. The old site is done in OS-commerce and is a photography website.
The feature I need is a pop-up window for framing options for prints, you can see it here:

I need this exact module available for virtuemart. The pop-up DOES NOT have to communicate with the other page and select option automatically or anything, it is just a preview for buyers so they can view options before choosing them. It allows you to:
-Change the frame style
-Change the wall color
-I also need it to have a matte color option. So the color between the picture and frame that's white needs to be able to change as well.
It would be great if this could pop-up in lightbox instead of a pop up window but its not necessary.
It would also be nice if this would only show up in a certain category of virtuemart. The category will be called "Prints"
I have all the original code from the old site and images for frames. I will be making a list of wall colors and matte colors in the next day or two. I need this at the latest by the end of September.

Custom Joomla/virtuemart Module

Previous work with Virtuemart must be shown. I do not want to see 101 random websites that have nothing to do with this project. Please keep your website list small and concise - ensuring the links you post are indeed Virtuemart sites and that it can be verified that you have indeed done the work.
Successful programmer will be retained on an on-going basis for more work in the future if I am happy with the work.

When a product costs $ 50 and you pay for it with the default paymnet option which will be Credit Cards, you pay the full amount, if you select EFT as payment option, you will get a percentage discount on the product, for example 5%.
1. I must be able to set what that % discount will be for the main site
2. Set the normal price for a product, and on checkout if I select I will pay with EFT the discount will automatically be worked out.

Virtuemart Module Modification
Need to add a new option to mod_virtuemart to select a specific category(or categories)to show in the category list. There is a old module for VM 1.0 but does not work on VM.1.1.4.
