DHTML/AJAX Popup window

I need a window popup on my web site - t r a n s m o n e y . r u used for purposes of helping the customers to make it's decisions regarding the service he needs. The window must popup (not in new window obvious) on title page, the user should be able to close it anytime by pressing the close button on top right corner, on left bottom corner there will be a link to get online help (URL to send message via ICQ) The help will be based on flowchart with first page asks the user to choose A B C or D
then or each category there will be around 2 questions based on the answers the window will either show specific text OR close itself and transfer user to corret form (URL) in the main page.
The popup should have pleasent design to fit the design of the site, include icons for CLOSE button, Online help button and for answers YES / NO.
I believe this is an easy job, I'm willing to pay no more than 50$
then or each category there will be around 2 questions based on the answers the window will either show specific text OR close itself and transfer user to corret form (URL) in the main page.

Also, when I click on opened large image it has action to close the window: javascript:window.close()
For some reason in IE is pops up a message, see attached image. I want get rid of it.

Need Seamless Popup Window With Close Button And Button

Coding Help Needed For Popup Window

I need to create a popup window which has a location-bar which is editable. It means that the url of the popup window should not only be visible but also editable. The user should be able to change the url and navigate to a different page which should open in the same popup.
The standard behaviour of the location-bar is that it is visible or not visible. If visible it always seems to be uneditable and I don't know how to fix this.

Create javascript popup window with choosable item listing

On one page we need to create a javascript popup window (which has to be styled similarly to the main window in terms of color, etc) on which a list of items (image + description) is displayed. When the user chooses an item by clicking on it, the popup window has to be closed and a javascript event has to be executed. Should be quite simple for someone familiar with Ajax/jQuery.

Google map popup window needed in marker manager
ger. This marker manager displays icons at different zoomlevels. So far, this works just fine.
To complete it, we need to have a popup window when a user clicks on a marker. The text for the popup is part of the definition of the marker.
For the right person, this shouldn't be to hard to implement.
