b. Registrar server, Location server, Proxy server, SIP Application server and Redirect server
c. Config Nat Traversal Helper
d. Configured so that SER redirects stream from endpoint to endpoint dropping SER out of the stream when possible for non-media based calls.

H.323 Setup Asterisk A2B
I've got a PIAF distro running asterisk 1.4
It's also running A2B version 1.3.3
H.323 I believe is running properly on it (OOH323)
I've got a Cisco 2811 that is running H.323 that I need my asterisk A2B to terminate traffic into it.
So I need to make sure that the ooh323.conf file is setup properly to send traffic to the cisco. And I need the A2B trunk setup properly so that it sends the proper dialing sequence as well.
It's also running A2B version 1.3.3
