CAD like app

The software is a small CAD like application. In the application we have to lay down pipes (i.e. of water etc. denoted by different color lines) which can be attached to components which can be made by us or can be selected from library (pre-developed by us i.e. valve, t joint ) having different parameters i.e. thickness and can connect to several lines i.e. at outputs or inputs. The facility to measure pressure i.e. by putting cursor on joints or anywhere on the pipe etc. should be there (the formulae will be provided by us) should be there.
The facility to generate graph of pressure whole pipe circuit by parsing line and compnents diagram should be there. Any clarification are welcomed. We also have other big works but want to start with this small application so that we can give further work to the tested service providers.

Capable of show and manage a pdf file in single or double page visualization, going forward and back and select any page you want and input files through itunes.
Not necesary for the moment to manage pdf libraries but it will be nice if possible.
It needs to be light and good looking.

y works like the Map app in the iphone.
Using Google Map API, users can search for address and it will also show user's current location.
It will also allow users to get directions between pt a and Pt b.
I will need the app to return the distance between the 2 pts as number.
