Simple Graphics Required

Hello!
I require the creation of some simple graphics based on the design of the image I have attached.
This is a simple curved line design.
What I need are 4 reproductions of this squiggly line design shown in the image, in 4 different 'creative variations' that I can use in a project.
It is best to keep them relatively simple. Each instance should be easily recognizable to be the same as the squiggly form in the image.
These graphics must be on BLACK backgrounds and must be perfectly smooth edged. I would like the fore color of the design to be in white or green.
They can optionally be vector images, but they don't have to be.

Motion Graphics Required
creative and innovative person to create some motion graphics. Required clip is roughly 15 seconds at the end of a teaser/trailer and is relatively simple, three seperate lines of text, followed by some animation using existing graphics material and finishing of with "available in app store" logo.

Simple Graphics Project
I need a final image that fits 1/2 of a regular letter (8 1/2 x 11)
The main image will be the attached image (not color, but grayscale).
There will be a nice looking font added (white color) that says Men's Hunting Trip 2010. This lettering can go above and below the main image.
That's it. I am ready.

1. Splash screen graphic 400 wide x 240 tall
2. Background image 1000 wide x 700 tall
3. Install dialog box 164 wide x 314 tall
I'll provide the photo for the background image
So as you can see this is a very simple project. It shouldn't take and experienced designer an hour to complete.
Because I want the graphics FAST, my budget is $ 40
