Turn picture into 3D object  

Looking for someone to turn three drawings into 3D models of buildings (OBJ files).
As my budget is not very high for this project, the three buildings can be done without all the detail shown in the drawing. More important is the overall building shape.

There possibly are more of these if it turns out well.

Specifically, I'd like your feedback as to what styling/finish you can offer (in detail please) and for how much.

To ellaborate, my Client doesn't know what 3D effect they want ie. simple extrusion or full-on 3D person.

We are open to your thoughts, the Client is a Charity and I may be doing this for free for them as they have no budget. So out of my own pocket as it were.

t need to strictly follow reference picture, but proportions have to be similar, and overall look has to be stylized and cartoony. Hair and fur may be done using polygons or dynamics, but if dynamics are used, software is limited to Autodesk Maya 2009 and above (no third-party plugins).

I have created a rough model that you can refer to: please note that I expect the finished product to be a lot more complete than this example.

I require a 3D object file of the attached spaceship. The object format must be suitable for loading into Truespace 3.2 (.cob, .dxf etc. Object file MUST NOT be a mesh, but a solid and composed of separate sections (hierarchy). Materials not necessary.

PSD file that needs to be converted to HTML/CSS and installed into 3d cart. I need to be able to add products and content after the job is finished. I will also need the homepage designed as seen in the example. I will also provide social icons that will be added and I can provide links.
