Expert in CAD, Illustrator, vector based drawing?

I‘m looking to reproduce a simple picture of buildings and land , for us to print on tracing paper, then overlayed over a photo.
So I require a person that uses CAD, Illustrator or a vector based programme perhaps for drawing building, landscaping to draw us the white/brown roofed buildings where there are building on the picture below, then tp put a green field with a few paths, trees etc on the orange area, + main roads, lake...
If you know your CAD it’s a simple job, to be supplied in eps or pdf format.

Convert Files In Illustrator
We need to convert 2 pdf files to an ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR VECTOR BASED file and deliver to us as an EPS AND PDF. For printing purposes.
I am not sure if we need to send different file type for this, so please advise. The objects are smart objects but can send original images, etc.

I need a logo design for a new company. By viewing this you may not use the design idea in other applications. I have provided an attachment that roughly outlines the design. Redraw raster photo to vector based illustration
attached a file - couriers.gif that need to be redrawn. I have also attached another file - Sample.png because it show level of accuracy I want for vector based illustration. In other words I need 3 couriers from file couriers.gif to be redraw in similar accuracy as in sample.png file.
Basically you just use one colour (white or black) to redraw shapes of them.
Courier on the left is little cut so it needs to be redone.

New vector based logo and site header

If you look at the current site, the new logo you design will be inplace of the left Keller Williams logo with the cityscape to the right. Background color has not been finalized as we are playing around with the design.
